Your Role Includes:
Providing full-day personal care and support
Assisting with meals, mobility, hygiene, and daily routines
Monitoring resident well-being and reporting concerns
Creating a consistent, reassuring presence for residents
Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
Promoting dignity, comfort, and safety at every moment
Engaging residents in activities and social interactions
Requirements:
- Valid Illinois CNA Certification
- CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working a 12-hour shift
- Must meet standard health and background requirements
