Job Description

Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities
  • lead the CIC team, develop & train the team

  • define the goals for CIC team & control the performance

  • control / supervise order processing, complaint management and returns processing

  • monitor the level of service and delivery times, proposing possible solutions for improvement in order to reach the company's targets

  • work with Key clients on shipments, receivables, receipts of goods, reserves, claims, advice on the range



  • Additional Responsibilities
  • interaction with transport companies, control of incoming accounts

  • work with the sales and marketing Department (control over the implementation of the sales plan; launch of marketing campaigns, timing control, compliance with conditions; information letters for employees and partners)

  • adjustment of price lists, order forms, distribution of information to distributors



  • Interactions (internal & external)
  • Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Controlling, Accounting, International SCM, International IT team

  • Forwarders, Customers, Suppliers

Qualifications:

    Professional Experience and Education
  • higher education

  • 2+ years’ experience in same position

  • 2+ years of management work, including: motivation, goal setting, teamwork

  • knowledge of English - Upper-Intermediate
