Ramona Rehabilitation & Post-Acute Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic therapy department. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and support patients’ functional goals, needs, and abilities

• Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based treatment methods

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered interventions to improve mobility, strength, and daily function

• Encourage and motivate patients to reach their optimal level of independence

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

• Continuously evaluate, monitor, and document patient progress

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist

• Ability to work effectively with diverse patients and their needs

• Up-to-date clinical knowledge with a commitment to ongoing professional growth

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, compassionate, and reliable demeanor

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license in good standing
