Physician Liaison - Outreach Specialist

SUMMARY

The Physician Liaison/Outreach Specialist is based in Southern Florida and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This position will conduct critical outreach activity to promote Elevate ENT Partners� physicians and services and will both establish and strengthen relationships with referring community providers to:

- Drive incremental patient volume across multiple offices through influencing referral patterns and preferences.

- Reduce referral leakage and market erosion by articulating a clear value proposition and reinforcing the strengths of our expertise and care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to speak intelligently to ENT health issues and common treatments/procedures while representing Elevate practices with poise and professionalism, a passion for measurement, and be driven to make an impact in a rapidly growing organization.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

� OUTREACH PLANNING & EXECUTION

o Build and strengthen patient referral stream, owning the coordination of referring provider outreach including hosting lunches, meet-and-greets, drop-in visits, and presentations with local practices to increase visibility of our ENT services and expertise, and positioning our physicians as local leaders in ENT care.

� Work directly with physicians and practice leaders to coordinate outreach with referring providers

� Collaborate closely with the marketing team and physicians to identify current and prospective referral sources to help build relationships; segment into logical categories for outreach management

� Coordinate with providers to ensure physician presence, when possible, during formal practice visits

� Visit current and prospective referring providers to make introductions, share capabilities, and provide marketing collateral (approximately 85% of regional travel expected)

� Ensure appropriate collateral is available for all referring providers

� Represent Elevate practices professionally and appropriately during all outreach efforts

� Purchase food to support events, and ensure all spending related to outreach is on budget

o Identify opportunities for improved collateral and collaborate with marketing team members to develop

o Partner with regional operators and practice managers by sharing insight to address problems surfaced through outreach efforts/referral partner feedback; e.g., problems with technology (fax, phone, etc.), sources of patient dissatisfaction, etc.)

� TRACKING AND REPORTING

o Maintain accurate maps and listings of referral opportunities in designated territory

o Provide support in tracking and reporting on referral data to demonstrate impact or change in approach; maintain monthly referral dashboard

o Submit weekly reports on completed visits and initiatives, along with strategies and recommendations for next steps in driving referrals

o Organize and contribute to a master CRM spreadsheet to track comments and feedback, and leverage for prioritization and planning of future visits

REQUIREMENTS

- 5-7 years of experience planning and executing physician outreach

- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and contact databases to manage physician information and organize outreach notes

- Demonstrated success growing and influencing physician referral patterns

- Ability to leverage data to prioritize outreach efforts as well as report on established KPIs, articulate market challenges, and collaborate with marketing peers to address challenges

- Bachelor�s degree in marketing, sales, communications, or other relevant field of study

- Valid driver�s license, vehicle, and ability to travel up to 85% of the time

- Fluent in both English and Spanish
