About the Role
Uniontown Nursing and Rehab is looking for a PRN PT to jump in, make a difference, and help our residents move, feel, and live better. Whether you're filling in, picking up extra hours, or just enjoy keeping things fresh and flexible, we’d love to have you on the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care (SNF/LTC) setting

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that actually likes working together

• Document your awesomeness using Net Health and PCC

• Bring positive energy—even on Mondays

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred (but if you're confident, we’re listening)

• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC

• A flexible schedule and a sense of humor (highly encouraged, not required—but it helps)
