The Corporate Implementation Superuser is the primary Superuser and point of contact on Implementation projects. This position participates in the entire Implementation lifecycle of the assigned project; this includes reviewing Design, participating in UAT, identifying operational or performance risks, submitting change requests, leading operational support employees during go-live, ensuring compliance to the process, supporting go live, and participating in the retrospect. This position will report to a manager on corporate super user Team.
Responsibilities
- Act as a system and operational subject matter expert , providing support to both the project team and local operations team.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and customers to create report matrices for new implementations.
- Govern the location file creation process, offering support throughout.
- Lead and oversee operational support employees, ensuring they have clear expectations for go-live.
- Provide guidance to both the project team and local operations team, ensuring adherence to processes, achievement of KPIs, and identification of development plans as needed.
- Actively participate in go-live discussions, including operational health assessments and identifying system and operational opportunities.
- Ability to triage go-live issues and categorize them into people, process and technology buckets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovate ways to perform tasks efficiently.
- Submit change requests as required, based on go-live lessons learned, customer requests, and identification of new/best practices.
- Submit and perform Self Service system changes when necessary.
- Documents observations and site reports to ensure the project team and NFI leadership are aware of lessons learned, best practices, or performance risks.
- Establish transition from Implementation to Steady State Support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in supply chain management, logistics, information technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years warehousing experience
Manhattan L2 Certification (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Participated in at least one start-up
Computer applications experience including MS Office and Google strongly desired
Has at least two years hands-on experience working with and troubleshooting in NFI’s WM systems, such as Manhattan or Softeon.
Highly experienced in warehouses and warehousing best practices; this includes all business pillars (grocery, retail, manufacturing, ecom, etc) and all operational SOPs (safety, security, performance, human resources)
Capable of providing objective reviews of the local team’s personnel and operational performance and determining a path forward to meet expectations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
Understanding of project management practices and is able to work in a methodical, organized manner.
Extremely adaptable to working with new personalities, new environments, and heavy workloads.
Must be proactive and able to work independently.
Other:
Open to working extended hours during critical go-live periods
Ability to travel +50% with extended stays.
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds.
Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
Walking in the warehouse and around the area with great frequency; facilities are over a quarter mile in length.
Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $66,456.00 - $88,608.00. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
