Rental Coordinator Responsibilities As a Rental Coordinator with WCTractor, relationship building and customer service will be your focus. You will need to be an effective communicator and ambitious self-starter with a strong desire for succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
Rental Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building relationships with customers while meeting or exceeding their equipment needs
- Processing rental quotes, reservations, and contracts using company operating systems
- Addressing customer issues and providing satisfactory solutions in an efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, suppliers, and employees
- Consistently representing WCTractor in a positive and professional manner
