- Lead Industry 4.0 projects to boost manufacturing capabilities
- Connect engineering with digital technology, equipping SMT lines with advanced automation and smart data system
- Guide smart factory integration from feasibility during RFQs to technical implementation on the factory floor
- Provide connected, efficient, data-driven production lines to improve quality, throughput, and responsiveness for competitive advantage
- Offer program oversight and technical guidance to align teams and technologies for successful deployment
Roles& Repsonsible :
- Plan and deliver smart factory projects for new production lines, aligning with business goals
- Lead teams to implement automation and digital integration on schedule and within budget
- Oversee installation and validation with vendors and internal teams
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, and Quality teams to seamlessly integrate new technologies
- Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage change via training and SOPs
- Ensure smooth transition of processes to relevant teams post-project
