Part-Time Position available

Must be available weekends. Some weekday mornings and evenings may be available dependent on scheduling.  Applicants with a background in fitness, music, art, or education are encouraged to apply. 15-20 hours/week available. 



Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour

Role:
Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.

Requirements:
High School Diploma (Required)
Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field experience(Preferred)
Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting (Preferred)
Fitness background (Preferred)

Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
