Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and recovery plans
- Educate patients to improve mobility and long-term outcomes
- Document treatments accurately and maintain compliance standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
Qualifications
- Active MA Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
