About the Role
This role focuses on training and developing HVAC technicians through a combination of classroom instruction, lab training, and in-field coaching. You will assess skill levels, deliver structured training programs, and ensure technicians are equipped to perform safe, high-quality work in the field.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver classroom and lab training for apprentices and experienced HVAC technicians
- Provide in-field coaching and technical mentorship to improve performance
- Assess technician skill levels and identify training gaps
- Develop and follow structured training plans for technician growth
- Train on diagnostics, installation, service procedures, and safety standards
- Partner with Goettl Academy to align training with company standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
What You Bring
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Experience training, mentoring, or leading technicians
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and safety practices
- Excellent communication and coaching ability
- Organized, hands-on, and comfortable leading both classroom and field training
- Computer literate (email, MS Office, business systems)
- Committed and progressive work history
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
- Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver’s license
