What You'll Do

• Analyze Plans and specs
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids 
• Assemble competitive, polished proposals
• Collaborate with the Chief Estimator on strategy and risk
• Build strong client and trade partner relationships 

What You Bring

• Degree in Construction Management
• Strong knowledge of commercial trades
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and blueprint reading
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A humble, hungry, and loyal mindset
