Primary Objective:
In this role, you will serve as a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician producing high-quality products for our customers.
Shift: C-shift- Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:15 pm. Training will be on E shift- Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, for approximately 3 months.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment.
- Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips).
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products.

- Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area.
- Maintain and communicate in a positive attitude.
- Be punctual to ensure crisp pass downs between shifts.
- The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 18 years or older.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- The willingness and desire to learn and grow.
- Previous semiconductor industry always a plus.
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of a government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the facility.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- The employee will be required to work in a cleanroom environment: full gowning (full body coveralls, hood, face mask, nitrile gloves, and safety glasses).
