This role will be responsible for designing, developing and executing the Patient Services strategy and patient support programs that ensure timely access to therapy, reimbursement assistance, and patient education and adherence. The individual will provide strategic and operational leadership over Patient Services within the Commercial department, for the launch of Celldex lead product. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in biopharma, commercial operations roles, 5+ years of Commercial Leadership experience and 5+ years of direct experience with Payers, Spec. Pharmacies, and/or Patient Support services
  • At least 5 years previous management and leadership experience
  • Current understanding of the US Payer and Specialty Distribution landscape and an understanding of contracting strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated track-record successfully launching new pharmaceutical products
  • Experience with Inflammation & Immunology and biologic products is preferred
  • Travel required – Up to 20%

Compensation

 

The expected base salary range for this position is $233,631 to $303,417.

We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market.


Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
