Description
Washman Car Wash is seeking a friendly, dependable, and sales-oriented Ride-Thru Cashier to join our team in Oregon. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, accurately processing transactions, and promoting wash packages and monthly memberships in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Essential Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Accurately process cash, credit, and electronic payments
- Explain and promote wash packages, upgrades, and monthly memberships
- Meet or exceed individual and site sales goals
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cashier area
- Respond to customer questions and resolve basic service concerns
- Follow all safety, cash-handling, and operational procedures
- Work collaboratively with site team members and management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent standing and walking
- Repetitive use of hands and arms
- Exposure to water, noise, vehicle exhaust, and varying outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Schedule
- Friday-Tuesday Available as early as 10AM and able to stay as late as 8:30PM
- Typical shifts range between 5–8 hours depending on location needs
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Schedules may vary based on business volume and weather conditions
