About the Job
- Review expense invoices and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries
- Prepare, plan, and follow up on supplier payments
- Monitor and resolve any negative balances in accounts
- Record bank transactions in the system and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare prepaid expenses schedules and perform regular reconciliations
- Monitor, control, and reconcile advances and deposits given
- Preparation of VAT refund lists and monthly tax declarations (VAT1, VAT2, Withholding Tax returns).
- Review general expenses and monitor monthly accrual accounts
- Prepare daily cash flow reports
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Good command of English is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Team player with strong communication skill
