WHAT'S THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven developer to modernize our network management workflow. Your primary mission is to transition our "Journal" function from a manual logging process to a streamlined, AI-enhanced automated system. You will bridge the gap between network documentation and system execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• API Integration: Develop a seamless connection between the Portal Journal and the OTS (Operational Ticketing System). You will ensure that manual journal entries trigger real-time, automated updates via API.

• AI-Driven Validation: Design and implement an AI validation layer to analyze change requests documented in Markdown. This system will replace manual reviews, using AI to identify inconsistencies, technical risks, and documentation errors.

• Process Optimization: Refine the workflow to minimize human intervention and eliminate manual verification bottlenecks.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• AI/LLM Integration: Experience using AI models (LLMs) for text analysis, document validation, or unstructured data parsing (specifically Markdown).

• Backend Development: Strong proficiency in API development and system integration.

• Automation Mindset: Proven track record of converting manual workflows into autonomous systems.

• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Markdown-based documentation and version control.
