The Project Manager is responsible for managing WMS implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met. This role involves coordinating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. The Project Manager ensures the successful delivery of projects by maintaining progress, mitigating risks, and providing regular updates on project status.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Manage WMS implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring project deliverables meet client requirements.
Identify and address potential risks and issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
Coordinate with project teams to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve any obstacles.
Provide regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure project alignment.
Assist in pre-sales activities when needed, supporting the identification of new opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing WMS implementation or software or ERP projects.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience coordinating teams and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Availability to travel.
Experience with WMS systems and related business processes.
Full proficiency in English.
Legal authorization to work permanently in Argentina for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in logistics, or IT, or Industrial Engineering.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Experience working in international environments and with global customers.
WMS and Logistic high expertise with experience interacting with senior level clients/management, including presentation of complex concepts, negotiating and resolving issues.
Location: Remote based role in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
