Job Description

Zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich HR Administration.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche HR-Administration vom Eintritt bis Austritt
  • Erstellung von Verträgen, Bestätigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten und HR-Systeme
  • Unterstützung in der Lohnadministration und bei Absenzen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
  • Unterstützung der HR-Leitung im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Projekten

  • Mitarbeit im Recruiting (Koordination, Korrespondenz)


     

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit HR-Weiterbildung (z.B. HR-Assistent/in)
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in der HR-Administration
  • Strukturierte, genaue und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamgeist
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
