About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native platforms. You will work closely with data and product engineering teams to enable fast, reliable delivery through strong CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure practices.

 

Responsibilities

- Own and evolve the CI/CD and GitOps platform, enabling reliable and repeatable deployments across environments

- Design and operate cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, supporting scalable and highly available systems

- Build and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms for running distributed services

- Implement and scale observability systems (metrics, logs, tracing) to ensure system reliability and performance

- Develop infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks to reduce manual operations and improve consistency

- Partner with engineering teams to improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience

- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production systems

- Create scalable observability for tens of thousands of distributed devices

- Embed security best practices into infrastructure, pipelines, and runtime environments

 

Requirements / Experience

- Strong experience building and operating CI/CD and GitOps workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux)

- Hands-on experience with AWS and core services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, etc.)

- Deep expertise in Kubernetes (workloads, networking, scaling, operations)

- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation and tooling

- Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, etc.)

- Familiarity with Helm, Kustomize, or similar configuration management tools

- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
