Old Republic Risk Management is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Product Management Analyst to lead critical policy, rate, rule, and form initiatives across multiple commercial lines of business. Reporting to the VP of Insurance Services, the Senior Product Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring our proprietary products remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with ever-evolving regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Product Management Analyst
As our next Senior Product Management Analyst, you will:
- Research, analyze, interpret, and draft commercial insurance policy provisions
- Review statutes, regulations, and bulletins; proactively initiate changes to maintain regulatory compliance
- Monitor updates from the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Independent State Boards, and Bureau Workers’ Compensation circulars; implement required updates
- Track revisions from Insurance Services Office and Independent Bureaus impacting Commercial Auto, General Liability, Excess Liability, Umbrella, and Inland Marine
- Evaluate bureau changes for impact to proprietary programs and lead corresponding filings, system enhancements, and documentation updates
- Monitor Workers’ Compensation rate, rule, and form developments affecting our Excess Workers’ Compensation program
- Provide expert technical analysis to ensure technology platforms align with company filings
- Oversee Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists coverage developments and update forms and user reference materials
- Interpret changes related to state auto ID cards, motor carrier proof of insurance requirements, and ACORD publications
- Maintain state assessment, surcharge, and tax manuals and clearly communicate updates to stakeholders
What You Bring to the Senior Product Management Analyst Role
The ideal Senior Product Management Analyst will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk & Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of commercial lines casualty product development or casualty underwriting experience
- Strong expertise in rate, rule, and form filing requirements
- Ability to independently research and interpret regulatory developments
- Experience influencing stakeholders on corrections, adjustments, and compliance matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office products
- Strong systems aptitude and technical confidence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation preferred, but not required
