	<li style="text-align:justify;">Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area.</li>
	<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li>

Prior line cook experience preferred; strong culinary and cooking station skills; ability to work any station and shift; good communication; can cook steaks to temperature; self-motivated.
