Job Description

 


ISS Facility Services is seeking a professional and customer‑focused Concierge / Office Services Coordinator to support a high‑profile manufacturing site in Blayney. This role is the face of the site—managing reception, coordinating office services, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees, contractors, and visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing


Front‑of‑House & Customer Service




  • Deliver warm, professional service as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff




  • Manage reception between 1:00pm–7:00pm, Monday to Friday




  • Build strong rapport with stakeholders and represent the organisation with professionalism




  • Provide coverage during leave, sick days, and peak periods




Site Access & Security




  • Monitor and control access for employees, contractors, suppliers, and visitors




  • Maintain visitor registers and staff movement logs




  • Manage phone systems, voicemail, swipe cards, and security software




  • Support CCTV monitoring and report system issues




  • Complete end‑of‑shift lock‑up procedures and maintain lock‑up logs




Administration & Office Services




  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier services




  • Manage company car bookings and service logs




  • Arrange site inductions and maintain induction records




  • Assist HR and SHE teams with administrative tasks such as meter readings, waste reporting, and documentation




  • Support contractor management, including inspections and monthly reporting




  • Raise and manage work orders (Tririga), fault logging, and invoice processing




  • Assist with uniform services (folding/ironing) when required




  • Contribute to continuous improvement of office services processes

  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills




  • High attention to detail and accuracy




  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities




  • Solid time management and organisational skills




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)




  • Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to site procedures




Experience




  • Previous experience in a similar reception, office coordination, or facilities support role




  • Experience in an operational office environment (desirable)
