We are currently hiring for Service Leader.

JOB PURPOSE:

A Service Leader achieves guest satisfaction through implementation of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.

  • Ensures that all guests are properly greeted, seated, and served.
  • Ensures proper resolution of all guest complaints.
  • Ensures proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Trains employees during shift to ensure proper and productive performance.
  • Ensures that all menu items are prepared and served according to standards.
  • Communicates with MOD and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.
