Position:  Board Certified Behavior Analyst



Locations within: Coatesville, Paoli, King of Prussia, Lansdale, Collegeville, and Pottstown, PA (full-time and part-time positions available).



Apply now and Behavior Interventions will cover the cost of CPR/First Aid certification! *Courses completed directly through BII will be provided at no cost. Approved third-party courses will be reimbursed in accordance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):





  • Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred




  • Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole




  • Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities




  • Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites




  • Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors




  • Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate
