Position Details:
Plant Location: Texarkana, TX
Work Week & Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm – 12:00am (midnight). This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, as needed.
Compensation Package Offered: $23.17 / hour
What You Will Do:
- Perform all aspects of manufacturing a product from a process order or bill of material.
- Operate a PC to perform various production functions such as inventory checks and quality checks.
- Prepare drums, pails, totes, and other containers for transport of products.
- Operate pumps, valves, and other processing equipment for safe and efficient chemical production.
- Operate all transporting equipment used to receive raw materials and the transport of products.
- Effectively load and unload bulk materials from tankers.
- Make necessary hose line-ups for loading material from tankers into vessels and vice versa.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant work and storage area.
- Label and placard packaged material in accordance with company policy and government regulations.
- Operate scales and maintain drumming platform.
- Prepare drums and totes for loading and shipping.
- Participate in physical inventory, safety meetings, and improvement committees.
- Perform necessary Quality Assurance tests.
- Stage and charge raw materials into batches.
- Fulfill and maintain the requirements of the RC-14001 and ISO 9001 standards
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with industrial (large batch) mixing and mixing multiple tanks at once
Previous experience in chemical mixing
No immigration sponsorship available for this role
Physical Requirements of Position:
This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs.
A full-face respirator will need to be worn for this role for periods up to two hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working safely and efficiently in a chemical or manufacturing environment
Ability to understand systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
Ability to perform basic Quality Control tests (perform pH testing, take samples)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to simultaneously mix several tanks and accurately complete related documents
Basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical handling
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
