About the role
Do you want to start your career in payroll and grow your HR skills? As a Junior Payroll and Benefits Analyst at Reckitt, you will get hands-on experience supporting payroll processes while learning from an experienced team. This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in a global environment and be part of exciting payroll projects. In this role, you will support payroll implementation and transition projects, help collect and process payroll data, and assist with checks to make sure everything is accurate. You will also help answer employee payroll questions and learn how to ensure compliance with company and legal rules. You will cooperate with internal teams and providers to make sure payrolls are compliant and provide support for employee queries. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop payroll expertise, and grow in a global HR environment.
Your responsibilities
- Support local in-country teams to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time.
- Assist in payroll controls, variance analysis, and payslip checks.
- Provide initial support for employee payroll queries and escalate complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports for respective markets.
- Support the processing of benefits costs, insurance fees, and sick leaves.
- Help manage payroll calendars and deadlines.
- Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders under supervision.
- Participate in payroll-related projects, such as process improvements and system integration, learning from senior colleagues.
The experience we're looking for
- Fluent in French and English (other European languages are a plus).
- About 1 year of experience in payroll or HR admin – perfect if you are just starting.
- Curious and eager to develop your payroll expertise.
- Comfortable with Excel and willing to learn more advanced skills.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and ready to support the team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks while learning how to prioritize.
- Motivated, proactive, and excited to grow in a global HR environment
