Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Web Designer with a strong front-end development background and UI/UX principles. This role combines high-level visual design expertise with hands-on front-end execution. You will lead the creation and implementation of high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, and interactive web experiences, owning the process from Figma design through front-end development and deployment.

This is NOT a junior role — we need a strategic thinker who understands design systems, performance optimization, accessibility standards, and how to build scalable, responsive digital experiences independently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ( ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Design and develop high-performing landing pages, email templates, and digital campaigns from concept through deployment.
  • Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and accessible front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to align digital experiences with campaign strategy, messaging, and conversion goals.
  • Partner with IT and Development teams to ensure scalable architecture, technical feasibility, and pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Create and maintain reusable components and design systems that bridge design and development.
  • Optimize web experiences for performance, responsiveness, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Conduct usability testing, prototype interactive experiences, and iterate based on data, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support deployment of email campaigns and web assets within marketing automation platforms.
