    Job Description:       

    PRIMARY FUNCTION: This is a full-time teaching position for an Audio Video Technology in Film Instructor to begin on July 29, 2026. Instructor will be responsible for providing classroom and lab instruction in selected areas of Audio Video Technology and Film to ensure students gain appropriate mastery of course standards and relative industry skills, preparing them for a career and/or postsecondary opportunities. Additionally, as an advisor, instructor will provide leadership opportunities to students through a co-curricular Career/Technical Student Organization (CTSO) such as SkillsUSA.
     
    Qualifications:
     
    Credential:     Hold or be eligible for valid Georgia Credential in Audio/Video Technology Certification
     
    Education:     Bachelor's degree in broadcast and video production, communication, mass communications or a GaPSC-determined equivalent from an accredited institution accepted by GaPSC preferred.
     
    Experience:    Experience in broadcast and video production, communication, or mass communication preferred.

    Terms of Employment: 190-day contract. State salary schedule, plus local supplement
