Job Overview 

Valet Cashiers/Dispatchers ensure proper ticket handling, vehicle information inputting, and guest payments while delivering excellent customer service. The Cashier/Dispatcher is responsible for taking payments from guests, accurately entering vehicle information into the parking management system, and monitoring incoming and outgoing vehicle volume. The Cashier/Dispatcher works closely with fellow team members to ensure operations are running efficiently and effectively at all times.                    

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Process transactions from valet customers                             
• Input vehicle data into the software                             
• Monitor the software for accuracy                             
• Manage vehicle keys                             
• Dispatch keys                             
• Provide excellent customer service                             
• Be a team player                   

Qualifications    

• Good with numbers 
• Accurate with cash handling 
• 18 years of age or older 
• Have a clean criminal background 
• Available on weekends/holidays 
• Physical demands include standing for long periods
