We are looking for caring, responsible people to fill a full-time position working with developmentally disabled individuals in a residential setting. The Residential Care provider is responsible for the care and supervision of all the intellectual and developmentally disabled adults in the home, in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and policies established by the Arc Board of Directors. The Residential Care Provider is responsible for assisting residents with all Activities of Daily Living. The Residential Care Provider is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of the home and for the clothing and belongings of the residents. Resident Care Providers are under the direct supervision of the Arc's Director of Special Living Services. All positions require overnights and weekend availability and flexibility. $11.00/hour with $2.00/hour Weekend Rate Differential for Worked Time. Sleep Time $8.50/hour.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, 18 years of age, a valid WI driver's license and a clean driving record. Applicant must be physically and mentally able to safely perform the essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to the employee or co-workers. Applicants must receive satisfactory results from a background check, as conducted in accordance with applicable laws; and must pass a drug screening. Previous experience working with the developmentally disabled and prior CBRF training preferred, but not required.
