- Monitorowanie i analiza parametrów procesowych w celu identyfikacji odchyleń oraz przyczyn źródłowych problemów
- Wdrażanie zmian procesowych ukierunkowanych na poprawę wydajności, jakości i bezpieczeństwa
- Nadzór nad realizacją prac przez firmy zewnętrzne oraz pracowników, w tym odpowiedzialność za bezpieczeństwo prac i zgodność z procedurami
- Przeprowadzanie ocen ryzyka oraz udział w audytach zapewniających zgodność z obowiązującymi przepisami i standardami
- Współpraca z zespołem produkcyjnym oraz udział w realizacji inicjatyw optymalizacyjnych
- Zarządzanie projektami z zakresu inżynierii procesowej (od koncepcji po wdrożenie)
- Opracowywanie rozwiązań technicznych, kosztorysowanie oraz nadzór nad realizacją inwestycji
- Koordynacja działań z dostawcami oraz nadzór nad harmonogramem i budżetem projektów
- Zapewnienie zgodności realizowanych projektów i instalacji z wymaganiami BHP, HACCP, GMP oraz standardami wewnętrznymi
Nasze wymagania
- Wykształcenie wyższe (mechanika i budowa maszyn, technologia żywności lub kierunki pokrewne)
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego (min. B2)
- Umiejętność analitycznego rozwiązywania problemów i wyciągania wniosków na podstawie danych
- Samodzielność, inicjatywa oraz dobra organizacja pracy
- Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji i współpracy z różnymi interesariuszami
- Gotowość do pracy w dynamicznym środowisku i pod presją czasu
Mile widziane: - Znajomość AutoCAD
- Doświadczenie w środowisku Lean Manufacturing
- Pracę w międzynarodowej organizacji o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku
- Możliwość rozwoju zawodowego oraz udział w projektach inwestycyjnych
