What We Are Seeking:
A dynamic candidate to join our parts sales team
as a Regional Parts Manager in Houston, Texas. This role emphasizes building
and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with our distributors
and end-users, which will require up to 50% travel within an assigned region. You
will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are
met while identifying opportunities to drive growth in our parts sales group.
Working cross-functionally with engineering and other regional teams, you will
help deliver solutions that align with customer expectations and company
objectives. A solid understanding of business finance and market trends is
needed in this customer-facing role. If you are passionate about delivering

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a
related technical degree, or business degree is required - Experience with mechanical systems, or a similar
industrial environment required (co-op/internship experience qualifies) - Strong interpersonal, communication, and
relationship management skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional
teams, particularly engineering groups - Experience in business finance, planning, and
sales strategy development (co-op/internship experience qualifies) - Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent
organizational and problem-solving skills
