We are seeking a highly experienced Director, HR Process Optimization & Program Delivery to lead complex initiatives involving optimizing processes, cross-functional workstreams, and technical implementations. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage competing priorities while driving execution forward with a hands-on approach.The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership with a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies and technical delivery frameworks and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to remove blockers and accelerate progress.
This role follows our in ‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project & Program Leadership
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and interdependent workstreams across business and technical teams
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring clear dependencies and sequencing
- Effectively prioritize and balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Drive delivery excellence using Agile methodologies, sprints and minimal viable products
Process Optimization
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance performance
- Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks to drive overall efficiencies
- Partner with stakeholders to redesign and standardize scalable business processes
- Track and report measurable improvements in operational efficiency and productivity
Technical Implementation Oversight
- Oversee implementation of technology solutions (e.g., enterprise systems, digital platforms, automation tools)
- Collaborate with HR Systems, IT, stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical requirements
- Translate business needs into technical delivery plans and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage risks and dependencies related to integrations, data migration, and system changes
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and Executive audiences, providing regular updates and insights
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors
- Manage third party vendors to ensure deliverables, costs and schedules are met
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse teams
Risk, Governance & Reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Establish governance frameworks, including steering committees and regular reporting cadence
- Provide executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, and KPIs
Execution & Delivery Mindset
- Proactively remove roadblocks and drive initiatives forward with a hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for outcomes across all workstreams
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining focus on results
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years working in an HR function running projects/ initiatives with a focus on enterprise-scale initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and optimization projects
- Proven track record managing technical implementations (e.g., Workday HCM, AI Tools, ADP, transformation initiatives)
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications preferred)
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in complex environments

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $143,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
