Summary: Provides customer support to clients by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Coordinates process flow of work within or between internal departments to expedite production
- Tracks work through various locations and reports progress made on the lots to project coordinators and management
- Provides logistic support to production floor
- Acts as customer/site communication window
- Produce production reports
- Creates, and modifies travelers for operational use
- Communicates and expedites priority lots.
- Adjusts complaints concerning service rendered refers complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Ensures that operational testing conforms to functional specifications, ISO standards and customer requirements.
