Way Mechanical is a mechanical contractor located in San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, and North Carolina. We specialize in Emergency Services, Preventive Maintenance, and SOW projects. We are seeking a self-motivated, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group.

Responsibilities: 

• Diagnoses HVAC, performance through observation, refrigeration, testing, and setup


• Ability to troubleshoot commercial equipment


• Operate power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service on the equipment


• Be able to track service-related tasks, materials, and labor hours on company provided iPad


• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management

Qualifications:

• Preferred 5+ Years Commercial HVAC Experience


• Preferred 5+ Years experience in HVAC maintenance/repair 


• Ability to follow a scope


• Must be able to pass a drug screen


• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state in which you are applying and a good driving record


• Ability to understand the use of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools


• Must have EPA
