Structural Welder Job Summary

This position is primarily a shop focused job. The right candidate should have familiarity with MIG and stick welders as well as the assembly and construction of steel framework. Willing to train personnel with related background and skills.

Responsibilities

• Cutting materials
• Installing insulation
• Installing tin siding
• Sand blasting
• MIG welding
• Electrode / Stick welding
• Painting
• Operating Telehandler and other industrial equipment
• Pipe fitting / Prefabricated pipe installation
• Installation of various valves/instruments
• Rigging
• Use of standard fabrication equipment
• Operation of shop/gantry cranes
  

Requirements

• Candidate must be able to pass a standard background and pre-employment drug screening.
