For our Digital Delivery Organization, we are now looking for Digital Lead - Demand Forecasting (Enterprise Orchestration). The role can be situated locally in our office in Stockholm and Gothenburg
Are you passionate about turning predictive data into operational foresight? We’re looking for a skilled Digital Lead / Product Owner to spearhead the Demand Forecasting initiative within our Enterprise Orchestration workstream—a critical lever in our journey toward a truly integrated, data-driven supply chain.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategic planning and technical execution. You will lead the implementation of the Microsoft Demand Planning App, partnering with Shipping and Supply Chain experts to transform curated data in Microsoft Fabric into high-fidelity predictive forecasts. Your mission is to deliver a unified view of demand that reduces uncertainty, optimizes capacity, and empowers confident, real-time decision-making across the global network.

What You’ll Do
- Define a clear direction for the initiative that aligns with our digital strategy and overall business goals.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value creation and ensure measurable impact.
- Facilitate and maintain the delivery roadmap in alignment with business needs, goals, and our digital architecture and strategy.
- Balance business priorities with technical feasibility to enable sustainable growth.
Collaborate and deliver
- Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Partner with developers, data engineers, and digital leads to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Understand the technical landscape- from APIs and integrations to data pipelines and cloud architecture- to make smart, informed decisions.
Engage and inspire stakeholders
- Communicate progress, insights, and results to leadership and teams across the organization.
- Gather feedback from users and continuously improve product experience.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Digital lead, Business Analyst, Product Owner/Scrum master or Product Manager in a data-centric or technically complex environment.
- Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, integrations and Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric or a similar unified data and analytics platform.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital solutions with measurable business impact.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to connect business outcomes to technical solutions.
- Experience working in agile environments (SCRUM/Kanban) and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for creating business value through technology.
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
