City Wide Facility Solutions – Austin

Night Manager – Operations & Quality Execution

Who We Are

At City Wide Facility Solutions of Austin, our mission is to build environments that elevate people—our clients, contractors, and team.

We are operators. We move fast, solve problems, and take ownership. We are competitive and play to win.

The Role

The Night Manager is the front-line operator responsible for executing service quality across the portfolio each night.

This is not a passive inspection role. This is a hands-on, problem-solving position responsible for:

  • Stabilizing accounts
  • Driving consistent execution
  • Supporting FSMs by eliminating issues before they reach the client

You are the eyes, ears, and action arm of the operation after hours.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday
5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
(Flexibility required for emergencies and occasional weekends)

What Success Looks Like

  • Issues are identified and resolved before the client notices
  • Contractors are clear, accountable, and improving
  • FSMs start their day with solutions, not problems
  • Buildings are consistently delivered at or above scope standards

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactive Quality Execution

  • Perform nightly inspections across assigned accounts (based on priority tiers)
  • Identify and correct issues in real time, not just report them
  • Ensure scope of work is being executed consistently

2. Contractor Management & Accountability

  • Train, coach, and hold Independent Contractors (ICs) accountable to standards
  • Address performance issues immediately and escalate when needed
  • Ensure proper staffing, supplies, and execution on each account

3. FSM Support & Communication

  • Provide clear nightly recaps with actions taken, not just observations
  • Flag risks early and recommend solutions
  • Partner with FSMs to stabilize and improve accounts

4. New Starts & Problem Accounts

  • New account starts to ensure strong first impressions
  • Support turnaround of problem accounts
  • Deliver VIP-level attention where required

5. Supply & Operational Standards

  • Ensure proper use of chemicals, tools, and equipment
  • Identify supply gaps and communicate proactively
  • Reinforce City Wide standards across all accounts

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent walking, standing, bending
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Driving between multiple client locations nightly
