SGA Dental Partners is seeking a new Clinical Recruiter to join our team!
Our Clinical (Hygiene) Recruiter connects our partner dental practices with the best possible talent, by engaging future hygienists & support talent and building strong relationships and pipelines. This role will balance partnerships, events, and candidate engagement, so requires high energy and social connection. Essential Duties
Partner with practice and operations leadership to forecast clinical staffing needs and build a proactive recruiting strategy that aligns with SGA’s growth.
Identify, engage, and hire outstanding dental professionals who are ideal fit for our partner practices.
Leverage diverse sourcing strategies, including targeted advertising, networking, and participation in job fairs and college recruiting events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental and hygiene schools, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional talent.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience, coordinating interviews, practice visits, and interactions with key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment data, ensuring transparency and efficiency in hiring.
Collaborate closely with the human resources team to align recruitment efforts with company initiatives.
Actively engage in the dental community through professional associations, staying ahead of industry trends and opportunities.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, strong ability to present & pitch.
Willingness to travel for recruiting events up to 50% in spring and fall university recruiting seasons
Key Experience & Qualifications:
Dental Hygiene degree & clinical experience
Recruiting experience highly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, online job boards, and digital recruiting tools.
Experience with Workday or similar ATS systems a plus.
