Description

Job Title: Family Support Lead Case Manager/Therapist


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Work from Home, Client Home and Community


Salary Range: $55 to $75 per hour


Job Overview:

As a Family Support Lead Case Manager/Therapist at Rose Project Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing in-home and community-based services for families overcoming domestic violence. You will work closely with families to provide therapeutic support, case management, and resources to help them navigate through challenging situations and rebuild their lives.


Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to address trauma and promote healing

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals of each family

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients

- Coordinate with community resources and make appropriate referrals for additional support

- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided


Requirements:

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with families impacted by domestic violence

- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
