ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Deliver proofs and completed print orders to customers

·         Ability to safely operate a delivery van and follow all FSU Transportation guidelines

·         Strategize and plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency

·         Follow all procedures for Print Job Paperwork

·         Log Completed Print Jobs out of Customer Log and take to Campus location for Invoicing

·         File Invoiced and paid Print Job paperwork into Archived system

·         Follow cleaning and maintenance procedures for the Delivery Van

·         Put away paper deliveries daily

·         Assist in Quality Control check as needed

·         Assist in print and print finishing work as needed

·         Weekly cleaning of print area including print office

·         Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

·         Clean driving record and drivers license.
