About the Role

We’re seeking a Global Sales Operations Administrator to provide highquality administrative and operational support to our Global Sales Operations (GSO) function. Based in Christchurch, this officebased role supports the quotetocash lifecycle, ensuring accurate execution, data integrity, and adherence to defined processes so our Sales and Sales Operations teams can operate efficiently at scale.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured, repeatable operational work, takes pride in accuracy, and values supporting global teams through strong administration and service delivery.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related systems across opportunities, quotes, orders, and invoices.
  • Act as a firstline operational contact for routine sales and invoicing queries.

  • Assist with data clean-up and validation activities.

  • Maintain operational documentation, templates and checklists.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, templates, and checklists to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you should have

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an operations, sales support, administration, or coordination role.
  • Confidence working in Salesforce or a similar CRM, along with Microsoft applications.

  • Strong written communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Be open minded with high interest in AI.

Additional Information

This is an office-based role in Christchurch with a minimum three days per week in the office.  From time to time, you may be required to work outside standard business hours to support collaboration with colleagues in different time zones.

This role offers a strong foundation for building a longerterm career pathway within Sales Operations or broader Commercial Operations at Seequent.
