Cornhusker International Trucks, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Warranty Administrator to join our Norfolk, NE service team!
The ideal candidate for this role must be detail-oriented, possess good organizational and clerical skills and efficient in dealer and Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM) processes.

Shift: Monday thru Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $20 - $30/ hr. DOE
Job Abilities:
- Reviews, prepares, submits and records all warranty claims in a timely manner
- Files and retains all warranty service records as required by the vehicle and engine manufacturers and component suppliers
- Reconciles outstanding unpaid warranty claims
- Keeps abreast of all warranty policy and product changes including vehicle recalls
- Provides the latest warranty information and trains service administration and technicians accordingly
- Answers questions and handle any issues that arise
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warranty administration preferred, but not required
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
- Quickly and proficiently learns industry-specific software systems
- Ability to be self-motivated and can work independently in a team environment
- Must pass a drug test and background check
