JOB SUMMARY



The Night Audit Supervisor at Caravan Court will provide exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.  Additionally, the Night Auditor is responsible for end of day functions and complete reporting duties while managing the safety and security of the hotel.  The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for training and facilitating the Night Auditor role.







ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS



 




  • Operational Responsibilities


    • Log all guest requests into portal

    • Communicate updates and correspondence with guests

    • Perform check in and check out tasks according to hotel standards

    • Complete daily checklist

    • Adhere to core standards

    • Ensure property access points are secure

    • Reset property as needed

    • Complete the day rollover and all reporting determined by management

    • Log all necessary information into hotel platforms

    • Train night auditors

    • Oversee night reporting for accuracy and completion



  • Guest Services

    • Anticipate and attend to guest needs during interactions

    • Be proactive when attending to guests

    • Assist guests with all concierge services



  • Team Support and Training

    • Attend and contribute to department meetings

    • Participate in cross training

    • Complete all required trainings



  • Communication and Reporting

    • Facilitate all internal communications and follow up accordingly

    • Run all reports necessary to the operation

    • Complete full shift pass on reports and checklists

    • Log all work in appropriate platforms



  • Safety & Compliance

    • Adhere to all safety and security guidelines

    • Attentively assist guests with any issues or emergencies
