As a Director of Client Services you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and the lives of our clients. We are seeking a seasoned and passionate professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional client service, driving operational excellence, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
Lead a team of client service coordinators, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of client concerns
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and other care organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of client services, including care planning, scheduling, and billing
Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and profitability
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, in home healthcare
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing client service strategies
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
