What you´ll do

• Support the team in identifying automation opportunities by mapping current processes and documenting requirements.
  
• Develop small prototypes (MVPs) and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
  
• Prepare and clean data for automation and reporting.
• Maintain clear documentation: process maps, solution design notes, and end user guides. 
• Support deployment activities (release notes, training sessions) and help monitor/resolve issues after go live.
• Contribute to promotional and upskilling activities; help create short communications/demo materials and support learning sessions to drive adoption of new tools and ways of working.
  

What makes you a good fit

• Python (pandas, numpy, PySpark) for data preparation and analysis.
• Data visualization (Power BI , MS Fabric).
• SQL basics (querying, joins, aggregations).
• Intro to AI/Agentic AI concepts (prompting, evaluating outputs, and using copilots responsibly).
• Problem solving & process thinking (process mapping, root-cause analysis).
• Data cleaning & quality checks (validation, reconciliation).
• Communication skills for stakeholder updates and requirements gathering.
