With continued growth across our national account portfolio, we are seeking a Security Field Manager, East Region to support new site launches and operational readiness nationwide.
The Security Field Manager, East Region serves as a critical link between Recruiting, Operations, and Client Stakeholders to ensure the successful startup, activation, and stabilization of new client locations. This role actively supports field leadership and the National Accounts team by ensuring each site is fully staffed, trained, equipped, and operationally compliant prior to service launch. The Security Field Manager plays a hands-on role in market activations, including in-person onboarding, training, and startup execution, and remains engaged through the initial launch phase before transitioning ownership to local operations leadership.
This will require 80-85% travel to multiple sites and locations
Essential Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end startup and mobilization for new national account sites
- Deploy to assigned markets to support launches and establish operations
- Partner with Recruiting and Compliance to approve and onboard new hires
- Conduct in-person onboarding, training, and issue uniforms/equipment
- Serve as liaison between Recruiting, Operations, and Client Stakeholders
- Communicate schedules, expectations, and post orders clearly
- Support sites through initial launch, monitoring attendance, performance, and compliance
- Resolve startup gaps and transition stabilized sites to local operations leadership
- Ensure all documentation, licensing, training, and compliance requirements are met
Position Requirements
- Prior experience in security operations, field operations, or account startup preferred
- Experience supporting national or multi-site accounts strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
- Comfortable leading in-person onboarding meetings and training sessions
- Ability to travel nationally on short notice
- Strong communication skills with frontline personnel and client representatives
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activations simultaneously
- Training certifications within the security industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
The expected hiring range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
