About the role:

 

Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $134,000 - $202,000, 30% Bonus

Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

 

The Senior Director, Business Development is responsible for driving new business growth by selling Matrix Medical Network’s portfolio of solutions into new accounts. This role focuses on identifying, targeting, and engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating Matrix’s value proposition to secure new logo sales.

 

The Senior Director will execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence, increase revenue, and support long-term organizational growth. This individual plays a key role in evaluating new markets, channels, and customer opportunities, while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and client success teams to ensure successful deal execution and client onboarding.

 

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced sales leader with a strong understanding of the in-home health assessment market and a proven ability to quickly establish credibility, build relationships, and close complex deals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Matrix’s portfolio of services to targeted accounts within the healthcare market
  • Identify, research, and prioritize prospective clients using defined targeting criteria
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate interest and build pipeline
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Effectively communicate Matrix’s value proposition and differentiate offerings in the marketplace
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, product, marketing) to develop pricing strategies and proposal content
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end sales and contracting process, engaging subject matter experts as needed
  • Partner with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients
  • Support expansion efforts within existing accounts in collaboration with Client Success
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved
  • Present sales updates and insights at leadership and company meetings
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
