Job Summary:
Royal Manufacturing is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This role supports the production of high-quality acrylic products—including bathtubs, and shower bases. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general construction or general labor in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in operating various power tools and equipment a plus
• Be able to work safely and unsupervised continually.
• Physical ability to reach, lift, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Pass background screening and drug test.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education/Experience

• At least 6 months of previous experience in general construction or general labor in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
